Brand Guidelines

These guidelines explain how customers, authorized resellers, partners and the press may refer to KinetiStack™ LLC and its products. They are incorporated by reference into our reseller agreements and product license. Use of the KinetiStack™ name and logos beyond what is described here requires written permission from [email protected].
1. Writing the names
- Write KinetiStack™ with the ™ symbol on first mention in a document or page, then KinetiStack. One word, capital K and capital S. Never "Kineti Stack", "Kinetistack" or "KINETISTACK" in running text.
- The legal entity is KinetiStack LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Use the entity name in contracts and invoices; use the brand name everywhere else.
- The product name is Oracle ⇄ ADLS Bridge, with the double-arrow mark (U+21C4). Where a system cannot render the arrow, use the plain-text fallback Oracle to ADLS Bridge. Do not shorten it to "the Bridge" on first mention in external materials.
- Editions are written Community, Enterprise and Service Provider, capitalized, as in "the Enterprise edition".
- Use the names as adjectives or proper nouns, never as verbs or in the plural.
2. Logo files
Use only the files below, unmodified. The horizontal wordmark is the primary logo; the square mark is for avatars, favicons and marketplace tiles.

3. Clear space and minimum size
- Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "K" in the wordmark (or one quarter of the square mark's width) on all sides. No text, graphics or other logos inside that space.
- Minimum size: wordmark 120 px wide on screen or 30 mm in print; square mark 48 px or 12 mm. Below that, use the name in text instead.
- Place the logo on a plain background with sufficient contrast: the light-background wordmark on white or light neutrals, the dark-background wordmark on dark neutrals such as the site's zinc-950.
4. Colours

Do not introduce other colours into the logo. Partner materials may use their own palette around the logo as long as the logo itself is unchanged and legible.
5. Do and don't

- Use the files above at their original proportions.
- State facts about the relationship: "Authorized KinetiStack Reseller", "Oracle ⇄ ADLS Bridge is available on Microsoft Azure Marketplace", "Microsoft Co-sell Ready".
- Link the product name to kinetistackllc.com/products/oracle-to-adls/ or to the Marketplace listing.
- Send new materials that use our marks to your KinetiStack contact for approval before first use, as your agreement requires.
Don't
- Recolour, stretch, rotate, outline, add effects to, or crop the logo, or redraw it in another typeface.
- Combine the KinetiStack logo with Oracle or Microsoft marks in a way that implies a joint product, endorsement or affiliation beyond the stated facts. "Microsoft Co-sell Ready" may be stated as a fact; do not use Microsoft or Oracle logos to imply endorsement.
- Use KinetiStack marks in your company name, product name, domain name, social-media handle or app store listing.
- Present the software as your own product, or imply KinetiStack endorses your services beyond the reseller relationship.
6. Partner co-branding
Authorized resellers and service providers may identify themselves with a text lockup in this form: <Partner name> | Authorized KinetiStack Reseller (or Authorized KinetiStack Service Provider, matching the edition in the partner's agreement). The partner's name comes first, in the partner's own typeface; a thin vertical bar separates the two parts; the KinetiStack part is set in the same size and weight as the partner name, never larger. When logos are shown together, place the partner logo first and the KinetiStack wordmark second, visually balanced and separated by at least the clear-space rule in Section 3. The lockup may be used only while the partner agreement is in force.
7. Trademark notice
Include this line in materials that use our marks: "KinetiStack and the KinetiStack logo are trademarks of KinetiStack LLC. Oracle is a registered trademark of Oracle and/or its affiliates. Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Apache Parquet and Apache Spark are trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation. All other names are trademarks of their respective owners."
